News feminist philosophers can use

Twitter and the Hypatia conference Oct. 22-24. October 21, 2009

Is anyone heading for Seattle for the Hypatia anniversary conference and planning on using Twitter  to comment on/report on sessions?  If so, please let us know.  You can leave your twitter address in a comment, so those not at the conference will have an idea of what to look for.

I’m wondering whether we should try putting up a (daily?) post on which philosophers at the conference can leave some comments or observations.  Let us know what you think of the idea, please.  It might be fun to come back to one’s room at night and leave some comment on  it here.  (I’m assuming, of course, that there will be no carousing, and so no worry about blogging while under the inference :) )

I’m @earthboundkid, but I never tweet about actual happenings, just jokes and whatnot.

I’ll bookmark you and check back tomorrow. 1 day left. Please let me know! Thanks, Dave

I’ve just been looking at the programme and thinking about all I’m missing– what an absolutely amazing conference. Can’t wait to hear more about it!!!
