Cuts to UK disability benefits… January 20, 2011

There hasn’t been all that much publicity about the various cuts to disability benefits which the UK government is proposing (as if the consultations are going to change anything!) planning.  At the BBC Ouch! website Disability B*tch has a summary of the proposals which helps to convey their comprehensive scope and also manages to be amusing, while Natasha4Labour has suggestions for what to do about it…

    Readers might also be interested to know that last weekend was One Month Before Heartbreak blogswarm against disability benefits cuts. There are also the blogs Broken of Britain and Where’s the Benefit? which are dedicated to campaigning against current government attack’s disability benefits.
