Hmmm, emaciated, black and sexualized. What a great way to trivialize hunger, racism and sexual violence against women in Africa.
Also, isn’t this especially disturbing given the incidents this fall at Smith where students came in black-face to a party?

Apparently the independant is not firmly commited to their pictures conveying what the story is about.
