Funny, but way too simple:
1. Each of us contructs our awareness within our anatomy using stimulation outside it, To say my construct IS the reality outside it is arrogant, but of course we can see light, sound etc well-processed by that anatomy and evolution equips us for nature, so Kant is just useful for the absolute proposition.
2. The ethical principle is just a universal prescription, and he wasn’t into giving specific examples. A bit simplistic, and irrational of him to idealize it, but whether it is or is not a fact is an open question.
3. Kant projects form the individual construct, so I would forget about aesthetics unless by some chance he is the world authority on aesthetics as he will just see that subject as his own construct. He is shockingly limited.
