The Tuskegee Airmen and Obama’s victory

One has to hope that there were many pressures  leading to the civil rights era, but as events did unfold, the role of the Tuskegee Airmen is both important and not well cited.  The NY Times is featuring this video and the Airmen’s  invitation to the inauguration on their site today.    The video is  also a sobering reminder that no one victory will wipe out all the damage done and the remarkable injustices experienced.
