Over eight million people have viewed the original video  on youtube, and it’s gotten many recommendation for our site.  Thanks to SH, we know it was made by a 14 year old, who is very proud, we hope!

Monitoring poverty and social exclusion

The Joseph Rowntree Foundation published a report earlier this week on poverty and social exclusion in the UK. The report is based on official government figures, and is built around a set of fifty indicators, including low income, ill-health, debt, and poor education. You can access the report here.
