Lynn Redgrave, a very distinguished British actor, died yesterday at 67. The cause of her death was not given, but she was diagnosed with breast cancer seven years ago. It had returned and she was at stage IV.
The NY Times has a wonderful video of her in the play Grace, which explores ideas about belief and religion. She plays an atheistic scientist who is lecturing students on the watchmaker argument for the existence of God.
If you are wondering whether it is possible to grow old without surgery and yet be more beautiful than you were at 24, do have a look at this video, the second half of which cuts between an interview with her in 1967 and a much more recent interview.
