90 day delay on donations?

There’s another urgent campaign on Change.org that could use your voice. A Japanese-American law student in San Francisco has petitioned AT&T and Verizon to stop delaying urgently needed donations from reaching aid organizations in Japan. (Donations via text message can take up to 90 days to get to the intended destination.)
