The sunday cat reveals a shocking fact about feline sex, among other thingsi

Poor moggies!

Warning: there’s quite a bit of simulated to-ings and fro-ings in cat uteri; perhaps not for the very squeamish.

I am not sure about the language. Many of us might resist saying the fetus is a cat. I think I would argue that ‘there is a cat growing in the womb,’ as said at the end, does not imply that there is a cat in the womb. Similaly, ‘bread is baking in the oven’ does not imply there is bread in the oven; it could still be dough. What do you think?

  1. Nor is a pecan pie made of pecan trees nor are scrambled eggs a bunch of chickens mixed together.
