  1. Does any one know if that’s an actual pet toy the kitten is playing with? I have been searching all over for a toy that makes noise for one of my dogs.

  2. Sorry Anne, but if you see one like the one in the video, could you post the link? The only pet-safe one I’ve been able to find makes noise when it’s chewed on, but I’m hoping to find one that makes noise on it’s own so my blind dog can find it.

  3. I don’t think that’s a dog toy. It looks like a zhu-zhu pet (from Japan) — a robotic hamster for kids. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhu_Zhu_Pets My neices received them for Christmas a few years ago, complete with a massive track that takes them past a hair salon and an ice cream parlour as well as over a bridge: it’s the new age of train sets.

This year my nieces received a robotic horse and robotic dog almost as big as they are! These robotic toys respond differently to different stimuli: making “appropriate” sounds and movements to keep the play going.

  4. Interestingly, after watching this youTube recommended an “Ultimate Girls Fail Compilation” video from Fail Army: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gng3sPiJdzA&list=UUPDis9pjXuqyI7RYLJ-TTSA&index=8
Many of the pieces are not girls or women failing but rather being injured by men’s failures. And many of the “failures” have to do with the difficulties of women’s clothing!!

There is not a “Ultimate Boys Fail Compilation”, but the other “best ofs” seem mostly to cover men. http://www.youtube.com/user/failarmy?feature=watch
It’s mostly about foolish gymnastic daring of youth, which seems to be the tie-in with the kitten!
