There’s an interesting post – and discussion – over at Daily Nous about diversity in philosophy departments, focused specifically on departments devoted to undergraduate teaching. As Justin Weinberg notes, in a lot of discussions about diversity in the profession, we tend to focus too exclusively on graduate programs.
