How to share information about harassers (and how not to)

A really interesting discussion, very relevant to our field.  People have often suggested something like the spreadsheet approach, and I’ve resisted for the reasons in this article (and also because I don’t think I could afford the legal fees).  I find the app suggestion intriguing.
