Via Daily Nous, Yale is seeking any information about a particular moral philosopher (named in the Daily Nous post) ‘that may be relevant to violation of university policy, i.e. that involves his professional behavior towards other philosophers in his status as a Yale Professor, even students in his areas at other universities’.
But as Kate Norlock and Heidi Howkins Lockwood advise in the comments, caution is needed here. We’d strongly encourage anyone with information they think might meet the above description to speak to a lawyer not affiliated with any university before they bring forward any information to a Title IX Co-ordinator or other university employee.
